The choice to entrust the project of a section of 9 villas to the Arch. Couelle was a winning choice, he allowed us to give body and soul to the overall vision that he gathered in the first minutes of observation while on the ground. The initial project was to give shots of the sea, of the Capo Ferro lighthouse, of the rocks so that the “movement” could be brought from the outside to the inside through the windows of the house, thus creating the magic of this land.

The artistic direction of this villa was curated by the Arch. J. Claude Lesuisse, the internal details, the vaults, the materials used, the large covered verandas furnished with taste and elegance allow everyone to live a simple life, in contact with nature, away from the imposed rules of society. The garden with the lawn and flowers of a thousand colors towards the sea, centuries-old olive trees frame the villa, a large swimming pool creates an enchantment that enchants, pampers and seduces.
