Villa Luna in Porto Cervo La Marina

Villa Luna is the perfect balance between classic and modern. The architect has expanded the usual schemes creating outdoor spaces that guarantee privacy and by balancing the interiors design. The result is superb. Contemporary design furniture and highly valued materials ensure very strong colour contrast. The Jacuzzi and the swimming pool with solarium seem to be mirrored into the sea. The visual impact of the living room is really very nice and the three suites at each side of the room give a feeling of warm hospitality. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room. The entrance flooring is made of small pieces of granite while the beautiful access gate is made of cedar wood. The 3,000 sqm garden is rich in colours, lawns and Mediterranean plants. The entire villa has an alarm system connected to the security offices of the Consorzio Costa Smeralda. Central heating, air conditioning and parking spaces complete the features of this beautiful property.
Villa Luna is ideal for those who want to spend an unforgettable holiday or for those who want to make a safe investment.

The Location:

North Porto Cervo, Porto Cervo Marina and New Marina are the three names identifying the northern part of the Costa Smeralda. It all began in 1967 through the initiative of a group of founding members including Prince Karim Aga Khan, who was elected President of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. The intent was to promote international sporting events, mainly related to the sailing world. The 600-berth New Marina was built in 1976 to host the One Ton Cup. The first edition of the Maxi Yacht World Championship, the Swan World Cup and the Grand Prix Offshore Costa Smeralda are all dated 1980. In 1992, the 220-feet ship Destriero waving the colours of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and under the guidance of Cesare Fiorio crossed the Atlantic from New York to Southampton in less than 59 hours, setting a new world record at speeds of over 50 knots and bringing the Blue Ribbon trophy to Italy.

Around the marina a new way of building began, hiding and harmonizing properties in an unspoilt landscape. This new business philosophy has led internationally famous architects who introduced architectural styles from different countries of the Mediterranean and merging them with local traditions to give birth to what we now call the style of Costa Smeralda.
