Entrusting architect Jacques Couelle with the design of a residential complex comprising nine villas was an enlightened decision. His profound and visionary vision immediately captured the soul of this extraordinary place. The goal was clear: to make the landscape the protagonist, to bring the light of the sea, the sculptural form of the rocks, and the silhouette of the Capo Ferro lighthouse into the home. Every window is a frame, every room a frame opening onto the surrounding nature. The result is a living architecture that engages with the landscape and amplifies its magic. The villa's artistic direction is by architect Jean-Claude Lesuisse, who has overseen every detail with a distinctive style inspired by simplicity and elegance. The soft vaults, local materials, and covered verandas furnished with discreet refinement invite you to live in harmony with nature, far from the forced rhythms of modern life. The garden, brimming with flowers and centuries-old olive trees, opens towards the sea, embracing a scenic pool that reflects the ever-changing colors of the sky and water, creating a rarefied, almost suspended atmosphere. Villa Faa is a recently built residence spread across multiple levels. The main floor features a spacious living room with direct access to a covered veranda that merges with the living room, creating seamless continuity between interior and exterior. The dining area, divided between indoor and outdoor spaces, is served by a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious barbecue area. On the same level are three bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, en suite bathrooms, and private terraces. On the upper level, the master suite offers a private and exclusive corner: a bright space with a living area, dressing room, bathroom, and covered terrace from which to enjoy fiery sunsets and the hues of color that only Sardinia can offer.
